The making of The Hobbit has been a winding road, sometimes almost falling off due to some financial issues of MGM and directing issues but is currently back on track. Production began in New Zealand recently and the facebook page has been detailing “the journey.” If you are a huge fan of Tolkien and the whole series than this is excellent news and the video below will make you want to pop the Lord of the Rings DVD’s in again. And if you are a fantasy dork like me then watching it once will not be enough.
